The HERBELIN Inspiration 1947 timepiece draws on the legendary first watches created by Michel Herbelin in the 1950's. This Inspiration is fitted with a Swiss automatic wound mechanical movement, whose workings can be admired through its transparent caseback. Its softly rounded 40 mm diameter case provides a distinctly vintage feel. The deep blue dial decorated with a brushed sunray pattern that reveals multiple nuances in the light. Complemented with a discreet date aperture at 6 o'clock, the ensemble plainly marks the passage of time. This piece is finished with a ribbed, ball-shaped crown set with a blue cabochon, and paired with a shiny brown patina leather. A gem of watchmaking art, it was designed and assembled in France at the Michel Herbelin studios.
