Your HERBELIN watch is crafted to stand the test of time with exceptional precision. To maintain its reliability, regular maintenance is essential.
Should your HERBELIN watch require servicing or repair, our Aftersales Support team including expert technicians will provide a professional diagnosis to determine the necessary work.
With our Luxco head office and service centre located in the Sandton suburb of Johannesburg, we are ideally positioned to assist you.You are welcome to bring your watch directly to our service centre, or you may visit your nearest HERBELIN retail store, which will arrange safe delivery of your timepiece to us for servicing.
WARRANTY
- Your watch is backed by an International Warranty, covering all material and manufacturing defects revealed in the course of normal use and on condition that the watch has not been opened.
- All warranty work must to be carried out by the approved agent - namely Luxco Importers (PTY) Ltd in Southern Africa
- Any work carried out by external parties will void your warranty.
- Your warranty covers parts and labour, but does not cover transport and insurance costs.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
- Battery
- Leather straps
- Any damage to the glass, case, or any outer part of the watch as a result of being dropped, scratched or exposed to chemical products.
- Damage resulting from incorrect opening of the watch.
- Non-water resistant watches are not guaranteed against contact with water.
- Any water resistant watch which has been opened, has to go through a waterproofing check again before it can be covered under the warranty.
- Any work carried out by external parties will void your warranty.
