Should you require any service or repair on your Michel Herbelin watch, you are welcome to bring it to our service centre or take it to your nearest Michel Herbelin retail store, who will in turn send your watch to us.

WARRANTY

2 Year international warranty on Quartz watches

3 Year international warranty on Automatic watches

Your watch is backed by an International Warranty, covering all material and manufacturing defects revealed in the course of normal use and on condition that the watch has not been opened.

All warranty work is to be carried out by the approved agent, namely Luxco Importers (PTY) Ltd.

Any work carried out by external parties will void your warranty.

Your warranty covers parts and labour, but does not cover transport and insurance costs.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

• Battery
• Leather straps
• Any damage to the glass, case, or any outer part of the watch as a result of being dropped, scratched or exposed to chemical products.
• Damage resulting from incorrect opening of the watch.
• Non-water resistant watches are not guaranteed against contact with water.
• Any water resistant watch which has been opened, has to go through a waterproofing check again before it can be covered under the warranty.
• Any work carried out by external parties will void your warranty.
